Mission Statement
The Freedom of a Woman
The price of great worth is free. Everyone needs to know that they are valued and loved beyond measure. The price that was paid for you through the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ is great!
Once an individual is made aware of "The Gospel Story" and adopts it as their own, it will change everything in their life.
Isha Value's mission is to make women aware of their true value, which "is far above rubies"(1) and is measured by God's love for them(2). He still would have sacrificed everything if it meant saving only you(3), even if you chose not to accept Him.
(1) Proverbs 31:10
(2) "God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8, NIV).
(3) "[T]here will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent" (Luke 15:7, NIV).

About
The Change in a Woman
Isha Value's start began at the conclusion of a very debilitating relationship that left a broken family structure and a an individual who had lost sight of her identity in God.
This ministry for women is the testimony of my journey away from hopelessness by learning to lift my eyes to the hills (Psalm 121) and studying and meditating on God's sacrifice (Psalm 19:7; 2 Timothy 2:15; Hebrews 4:12). It is a ministry born of learning to view oneself through the eyes of the Creator of heaven and earth whose eyes alone reveal the plans He has for His daughters.
After being literally saved by God and given a message of Hope, I first presented this message of freedom God has to share with women to five people (three pastors and two women) on a Friday night in 2001.
The message of Isha Value was received well and I was met with words of encouragement and appreciation. Praise the mighty name of Jesus that those few in attendance stated they would have never imagined that I would present such a powerful message that evening!

However, God needed to grow me so that I would be better equipped, stronger and stronger in faith to be able to share my testimony with others so that they could experience the same freedom. So, almost twenty years later as the signs of His coming are clearer and coming in quick succession than ever before (Matthew 24), He is opening the doors to save His daughters who have been abused, oppressed, defeated and broken for far too long.
God's plan of deliverance for women is not equal to the world's concept of freedom and equality for women. His definition is far greater, more everlasting and His purpose for His children is far more lovely and imaginable than they can ever think or dream (1 Corinthians 2:9).
My passion and purpose in this life is to work under the guidance of the Holy Spirit (Romans 8:14; Philippians 2:13) to share with all women who want to be made whole and cannot find strength or meaning to battle depression, sickness or whatever trials come into their lives, and sin, there is One, an advocate, who speaks and fights for them.
It is my hope that while walking in the freedom that Christ alone gives (John 8:36) and no human power can quench, that we as mothers, grandmothers, daughters, sisters, aunts, employees (whatever our role and position may be) may go out in power, joy and love, confidence and truth working for the salvation of others (Matthew 28:18-20).
I pray that you may be made whole. Finally allow the Great Physician to heal you and the Creator to remake and mold you so that you can walk in the fullness of the life He ordained for you before you were even born (Jeremiah 1:5)!
Many blessings and thank you for sharing in this journey with me,
Barbara McDavid
